The Project Contact/Coordinator

The Project Contact/Coordinator is an individual who can successfully handle important project details,  making sure that all documents and forms are completed and accurate.  This individual will also be the contact person for the person interviewed, making sure that formal follow-up letters (and thank you's!) are sent in a timely manner.
Were there any questions that weren't answered fully?  How do you follow up with the interviewee?  Did you keep everything filed for easy access?
This important position requires the individual to organize all materials used in developing the final presentation project.
